Partnering with the UK's Leading Technology Providers
We are proud to work in partnership with a number of the leading recruitment partners to elevate our service and ensure we provide our clients with unrivalled service levels. Our investment in these technologies enables us to seamlessly implement volume recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, search, selection and skills testing all within very strict timescales.
The cornerstone of the local community
James Grace is a business built upon local foundations. Our specialist consultants are all ‘homegrown’ from Leicestershire and have a huge investment and attachment to developing the local area. We do more than we need to, to leave a lasting impact on the people and businesses that we engage with across the midlands. It’s not all talent attraction and career support – We partner with local charity initiatives, sponsor developing sports teams, offer careers advice to school leavers, and are building a major presence as the foremost prevalent recruitment provider in the community.

We support and fundraise for Alex's Wish, which is a charity that was set up to eradicate Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, an aggressive form of Muscular Dystrophy that affects 1 in every 3,500 boys born. Every single muscle is destroyed due to a lack of protein. It also affects the heart and lungs as these are muscles too. Alex’s Wish was set-up by Emma and Andy Hallam (parents to Alex) in late 2012 to help raise vital funds to help bring about new treatments and ultimately a cure for this devastating condition.
