James Grace Local is currently recruiting for an experienced customer service executive to join a logistics business based in Bardon Hill. The successful candidate will also be responsible for general office administration.
Job responsibilities:
- General administration
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Investigate and resolve any issues that have occurred
- Deal with customer complaints
- Engage with customers
- Respond to customer via emails, phone and other communication methods whenever possible
- Prioritise tasks
- Support colleagues in the office
Ideal candidate:
- Proven customer service experience (preferable ecommerce)
- Understanding of UK, EU and international postal services and couriers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under own initiative
- Forward thinking attitude
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Experience with CargoWise (desirable)
Pay & Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Office hours – flexibility
- 40 hours per week
- No hybrid working offered
- Pay up to £13.00 per hour depending on experience
